- Discounts – reduced conference registration fees, seminars, publications and home study courses designed to give you the skills to succeed
- Free Webinars – Members get access to attend 12 free monthly webinars every year, these can be attended at their own pace or live (each webinar course is valued at +/-MK50, 000.00 PP) for non-members. Any add on courses from the 12 will be billed to members.
- Education – Opportunity to attend Continuous Professional Development Courses (CPD) relevant to executive and administrative office professionals at subsidized fees (DISCOUNTS).
- Resources and Publications – Electronic Access to the Learning and Growth Resources (LGR) Magazine – an international magazine published by Pan African Learning and Growth Network full of latest tips, technology and helpful hints and guidelines for all business professionals as well as other online articles and publications of interest.

- Professional Certification: (Our Institute is in the process of obtaining an accreditation to offer a Certified Executive Administrative Professional (CEAP) certification which will be attained through courses available at universities and colleges across Africa. This designation, recognized in the professional environment, will lead to greater challenges, opportunities, and financial remuneration to those who have achieved the Certified Executive Administrative Professional (CEAP)
